1. How do I log in to my account?

To log in, visit First Response Dashboard at either https://frdapp.com or https://app.firstresponsedashboard.com and enter your registered email address and password.  

If you are having trouble accessing your account, please try resetting your password using the “Forgot my password” option on the login screenYou will receive an email with a link from FRD Support to reset your password. If you do not receive this, please check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@firstresponsedashboard.com or by phone at 617-356-0020.

Absolutely! We prioritize your privacy and use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Please reference the How It Works section on our website  https://firstresponsedashboard.com/.

You can submit a document to be uploaded by emailing uploads@firstresponsedashboard.com.

Expiration alerts are received 60 days prior to expiration date30 days day prior to expiration date, on the expiration date and 15 days after expiration date. The expiration alerts are sent to the email addresses requested to receive expiration alerts. The FRD team will follow up with you to gather updated documentation, however it is your responsibility to gather and submit the documentation to FRD for uploading to meet compliance needs which is done via emailing the new updated file to upload@firstresponsedashboard.com with the new expiration date.

A custom folder or document type can be added via e-mail request sent to Support@firstresponsedashboard.com

Yes access can be restricted by document type (aka folders). Please reach out to your FRD Support Team for any user access needs by emailing support@firstresponsedashboard.com.
