Additionally, the home screen features an Emergency Contact Info section displaying vital building contacts, with click-to-call and click-to-email functionalities for immediate access. Furthermore, users can access a secondary screen for Building Contact Info, providing comprehensive contact details for further assistance. Document Access On-Site & Readily Available

The desktop app has a sync feature looking for newly uploaded or modified documents on a daily basis and stores them locally on the computer for offline access. The offline document storage meets the requirement that documentation must be maintained on-site and readily available.​

To ensure swift access during emergencies, the desktop app will remain signed in for the respective building. The device housing the app will be securely stored either on a laptop within the fire command center, safeguarded by a locked door, or on a Windows-based tablet stored in a locked fire safety cabinet equipped with electric power.

Our platform prioritizes security through various measures. Firstly, SSL certificates ensure secure web traffic, guaranteeing data integrity during transmission. Files reside within a private cloud storage container, exclusively accessible through the FRD app, enhancing data protection. Furthermore, our database employs Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), restricting access solely to the FRD app, bolstering data security at rest. The web application maintains strict CORS configuration with no allowed origins, minimizing potential vulnerabilities. Additionally, remote debugging and access are disabled, further fortifying our system against unauthorized entry. Moreover, we utilize Application Insights diagnostics for proactive monitoring, swiftly addressing any system or user errors.
